We’re seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join a highly respected workshop renowned for delivering exceptional, bespoke joinery for some of London’s most prestigious interiors. From flagship retail spaces and corporate headquarters to luxury restaurants and private residences, you’ll be involved in projects where precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail truly matter.
The Role
- Manufacturing and assembling bespoke joinery from detailed technical drawings
- Working accurately and consistently to exact client specifications
- Preparing, finishing, and clearly labelling completed items for the Spray Shop or Quality Control
- Maintaining the company’s high standards, procedures, and quality systems
- Assisting with manual handling tasks when required
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and trainees by sharing your knowledge and experience
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Carpentry or Joinery
- Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Exceptional attention to detail with genuine pride in your workmanship
- A reliable team player with good communication skills
What’s on Offer
- £40,000 per annum, with up to £50,000 OTE through overtime
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
