Workman’s Recruitment is excited to present a rare opportunity for a talented Bench Joiner to join a team renowned for producing luxury, bespoke joinery for some of London’s most high-profile commercial and residential interiors. From iconic corporate headquarters and flagship stores to world-famous restaurants and private residences, this role offers the chance to put your craftsmanship into projects that demand precision, creativity, and absolute attention to detail. The Role
As a Bench Joiner, you’ll be at the heart of the workshop, producing beautifully crafted pieces that meet exacting client standards and elevate the finished environment. You will:
- Manufacture, assemble, and prepare high-end joinery components from detailed production drawings
- Work with precision to ensure all items meet client specifications and design intent
- Collate finished works and create accurate labels before handing over to the Spray Shop or JPQC team
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality in line with the company’s Integrated Management System
- Support manual handling tasks when required
- Share knowledge and guide apprentices and trainees, contributing to the next generation of craftsmen

What You Bring
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Carpentry, Joinery, or Wood Occupations
- Strong ability to interpret detailed technical and production drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finished work
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
