About the role
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join our head office team in Central London.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Hours: Part-Time, ideally Monday - Friday 9:30am to 3:00pm . We will also consider four days a week Monday - Thursday, (flexibility available for the suitable candidate)
- Day to day, you'll
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for client meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception and client-facing environment.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Managing stationary itinerary, orders and storage.
- Ensure all visitors are signed in and comply with office procedures.
- Ensuring all food and beverages are always checked and stocked appropriately.
- Responsible for producing Purchase Orders and checking invoice for office supplies.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
