Workman is recruiting Building Surveying graduates for a 24- to 60-month development programme across our Building Consultancy team. You’ll gain hands-on experience, early client exposure, and collaboration with colleagues in Property Management, ESG and Facilities Management, while pursuing your APC toward Chartered status.
Three pathways are available: RICS-Accredited Degree (24 months), Non-RICS Degree (30 months) and Degree Apprenticeship (5 years).
