We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead the development and delivery of creative, insight led marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and generate meaningful engagement. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with execution, ensuring campaigns are both imaginative and commercially effective.

Working closely with partners and senior management, you will translate business priorities into clear, targeted marketing plans. You will shape messaging that reflects our expertise, ensuring consistency across channels while identifying new and innovative ways to raise our profile in a competitive professional services market. You will plan and deliver integrated campaigns from concept through to execution, using a multi‑channel approach that may include digital, content, events and thought leadership. A key part of the role will be ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. Alongside campaign delivery, you will continuously review and enhance our digital presence. From user journeys and website performance to marketing technology and automation, you will ensure our systems, platforms and channels are optimised to support growth rather than simply maintain the status quo.

What matters most in this role:

  • Strategic creativity is essential. You must be able to spot opportunities to do things differently, whether through new content formats, emerging channels or innovative campaign approaches and turn those ideas into practical, results driven activity.
  • Data led decision making is equally important. A strong understanding of GA4, SEO and AEO will enable you to optimise campaigns, improve user experience and ensure our content performs effectively across search and digital platforms.
  • Stakeholder confidence and collaboration are critical. You will work closely with senior leaders, presenting insights and recommendations clearly, and ensuring marketing activity aligns closely with wider business goals.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll:

  • Review and improve digital channels and user journeys to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Track, analyse and present campaign performance data, with clear recommendations for improvement and testing.
  • Investigate and optimise marketing technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop engaging content across multiple platforms, aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Support brand positioning initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform future marketing strategies.

What we expect of you:

You will bring at least five years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services environment. You understand how to market complex services clearly, compelling and commercially aligned. You have a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, from planning through to execution and reporting. You are organised, deadline driven and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are confident working with senior stakeholders, able to challenge constructively, refine messaging and translate business objectives into focused marketing activity. You have a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, including GA4, SEO and AEO, and know how to apply performance insights to continuously optimise campaigns. You are analytical and comfortable with data, able to interpret performance metrics and present clear, actionable insights to non‑marketing audiences. Finally, you are curious and forward‑thinking. You stay informed about emerging trends, tools and technologies, and are motivated to improve how marketing supports the wider business strategy and long‑term growth.
