An Accounts Payable Administrator responsible for daily processing of supplier invoices for a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial and retail properties. The role requires direct communication with the accounts team, property managers and suppliers to ensure timely processing and payment of invoices. You will work closely with the accounts payable team and Property Management teams to deliver best‑in‑class service to clients.
What Matters Most In This Role
Building and maintaining close professional relationships with suppliers, colleagues within accounting teams and the wider business is paramount. The role involves handling a high volume of invoices, supporting the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator, and meeting internal and client KPIs to deliver best‑in‑class service. Success requires strong attention to detail, organisation, prioritisation, communication, team working and a willingness to learn.
Other Duties
- Updating control spreadsheets
- Managing central email inboxes
- Loading invoices to the client approval system
- Supplier account reconciliations, including processing of supplier refunds
- Processing & management of CIS deductions/payments
- Managing proforma invoice payment process, ensuring tax invoices are received following payment
- Liaising with asset managers regarding approval of invoices and queries
- Supplier & client query resolution
- Banking duties: BACS/CHAPS, transfers
- Other duties to ensure smooth running of the accounting department.

- Mathematics & English GCSE 9-4/A-C
- Good numeracy skills
- IT & software skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
