We're excited to be hiring for a solution-oriented

Senior Treasury Analyst to join our rapidly growing renewable energy business.

Operating with the speed, agility, and dynamic culture of a start‑up, we are building a cleaner future - and our treasury operations are central to that strategy.

In this role, you won't just be managing routine numbers; you'll own core liquidity processes, manage risk across high‑exposure entities, and jump into diverse ad‑hoc projects that require creative problem-solving.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve complex challenges, this role is for you!

What you'll do...

  • Monitor daily global cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity across entities, ensuring bank balances are being pulled into SAP correctly.
  • Execute cash pooling, intercompany funding, and short‑term investments.
  • Manage short‑term borrowing facilities and revolving credit utilisation.
  • Support month‑end and quarter‑end liquidity reporting.
  • Maintain banking platforms, user access, mandates, and KYC documentation.
  • Support the negotiation of banking fees, credit facilities, and service improvements.
  • Coordinate account openings, closures, and rationalisation initiatives.
  • Monitor FX exposures and support execution of hedging strategies in line with policy.
  • Assist with interest rate risk analysis and counterparty risk monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with payment approvals for weekly payment runs.
  • Work with BDO to ensure SAP clearing accounts (relating to Treasury) are reconciled and cleared.
  • Prepare documentation related to intercompany debt and equity funding.
  • Manage Fund level cash flow forecast to determine cash requirements from investors.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for treasury systems (SAP, TMS), ensuring data integrity and driving automation opportunities.
  • Support strong governance across fund structures, ensuring treasury processes meet regulatory, investor, and audit expectations.
  • Be a valued business partner and build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need...

  • ACT qualification (Cert T, AMCT)
  • 4+ years’ experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial risk management.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
  • Experience with FX, interest rate products, and treasury accounting principles.
  • Exposure working with treasury management systems will be beneficial (e. g., Kyriba, Quantum, SAP, GTreasury).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) is highly desirable
  • Experience using AI to improve cashflow forecasting and/or automations in treasury processes is also highly desirable
  • Experience within large, complex, multi-entity groups
  • Highly organised, able to plan ahead to deliver accurate information to tight reporting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work well with different teams and manage a range of different stakeholders
  • Self‑motivated and aspirational, comfortable working in a fast‑paced changing environment
  • Why else you'll love it here
