We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our forward-thinking team, playing a key role in ensuring some of the most recognisable drink brands are produced safely, legally, and to the highest possible standards. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where quality is at the heart of everything we do.

Working Hours: 8:30am-5pm Mon‑Thurs, 8:30am-4pm Fridays

About the Role:

Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you’ll work closely with the Quality team and Production Area Managers to drive continuous improvement and a right‑first‑time culture across the site. You’ll be joining a close‑knit team of four, with real opportunity to develop your skills and influence site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting site quality improvement projects and training operational teams
  • Conducting GMP and hygiene audits
  • Investigating consumer complaints and non‑conformances to identify root causes
  • Participating in internal audits to ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry standards
  • Sampling and analysis in line with the site quality plan
  • Completing traceability exercises
  • Facilitating site quality panels and compliance audits
  • Supporting training for new starters and refreshers
  • Ensuring analytical equipment calibration and servicing
  • Maintaining accurate quality data and reporting
  • Upholding company standards for Safety, Hygiene, and Good Housekeeping

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of food manufacturing standards and HACCP principles
  • A proactive, detail‑focused approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A science‑related qualification (beneficial but not essential)
