Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and deliver WorkL’s international B2C marketing strategy.
  • Acquire new users while improving retention, repeat visits and engagement.
  • Drive participation in the Happy at Work Test and the World’s Happiest Workplaces Awards.
  • Promote WorkL’s jobs, career resources, products, features and partnership programmes.
  • Plan, deliver and optimise integrated campaigns across social media, CRM and other digital channels.
  • Develop effective user journeys and marketing-automation programmes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology to share user feedback and improve the platform.
  • Analyse traffic, campaign and engagement data, turning insights into practical improvements.
  • Ensure WorkL’s mission and brand are represented consistently across every consumer touchpoint.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in a B2C Marketing Manager role (or similar) - ideally within a SaaS or professional services environment.
  • Strong time management, organisation and planning skills.
  • Google Analytics, Hotjar or comparable web and product-analytics tools.
  • Marketing automation platforms like Copper, HubSpot or any other similar.
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing.
  • Campaign planning, design, delivery and optimisation.
  • A strong understanding of SEO/ SEM principles and a proven track record in managing LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including search and display campaigns.
  • Email marketing and audience segmentation using ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or any other similar tools.
  • Conversion-rate optimisation and campaign testing.
  • Interpreting marketing, website and user engagement data.
  • Producing clear performance reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in marketing awards programmes, partnership marketing, business memberships, employer-recognition products, HR services or international B2B products would be valuable, but it is not essential.
