The Role

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to drive new and repeat business for our Best Places to Work awards across territories around the world. You will take ownership of year-round marketing campaigns for specific territories, creating a strong and measurable pipeline of opportunities for the Sales team. This will require understanding international as well as local markets and buyer personas, developing territory-specific campaigns, generating and nurturing leads, and continually improving marketing performance using data & insights.

This is a hands-on and delivery-focused role. You will work closely with the Sales, Partnerships, Data & Insights and Customer Success team to ensure all campaigns attract the right organisations, convert interest into qualified opportunities and encourage previous customers to return to WorkL’s ecosystem.

We value creativity when it produces results, but this is not purely a brand or design-led position. Success will come from disciplined execution, commercial focus, detailed analysis and the determination to deliver on agreed targets per year.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and deliver the B2B marketing strategy and year-round campaign plans for assigned global Best Places to Work territories.
  • Generate new and repeat business by building a strong pipeline of qualified Marketing-to-Sales opportunities.

  • Adapt buyer personas, messaging and campaign strategies to reflect each territory’s cultural and commercial nuances.
  • Create effective lead-generation, nurturing, re-engagement and renewal programmes.
  • Use CRM and marketing-automation platforms to segment audiences, manage customer journeys and track performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success to improve acquisition, conversion and retention.
  • Monitor and optimise traffic, leads, conversion rates, pipeline value and return on investment.
  • Provide commercial teams with effective campaign materials, insights and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of delivery, ensuring campaigns meet agreed deadlines, budgets and commercial targets.

  • Planning and executing territory-based or international campaigns.
  • Digital marketing tool-hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Lead generation, lead management and pipeline reporting.
  • Google Analytics or comparable analytics tools.
  • A strong understanding of SEO/ SEM principles and a proven track record in managing LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads campaigns including search and display campaigns.
  • Email marketing, audience segmentation and lead nurturing.
  • Turning data into clear decisions and practical improvements.
  • Right to work in the UK is required (you must have a visa that doesn't require sponsorship, citizenship or residency)

Experience in marketing awards programmes, partnership marketing, business memberships, employer-recognition products, HR services or international B2B products would be valuable, but it is not essential. You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply we don’t expect perfection. If you share our passion for making people happier at work and believe you could make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
