Solutions Architect - Emerging Solutions

The Solutions Architect role works hand-in-hand with clients and partners, transforming our products into tailored solutions for our customers. Collaborate across teams, fuel innovation, and leave your mark on both our products and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will guide internal resources and directly impact product evolution.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners

2. Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements

3. Architect solution designs tailored to seamlessly integrate within the Workiva Platform, resulting in the fulfillment of impactful outcomes

4. Forge direct and positive interactions with clients and partners, executing standardized solutions that align with their distinctive requirements

5. Foster continuous professional growth through dedicated training, ensuring a sustained mastery of financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform

6. Assume a leadership role, exemplifying best practices, and mentor peers and Associates, thereby facilitating seamless onboarding and contributing positively to our continuous development endeavors

What You\’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience

2. 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions and their related technology platforms

2. Hands-on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred

3. Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred

4. Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement

5. Ability to influence and drive change in business processes

6. A strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity to positively impact the ability to manage multiple services

7. Enhanced technology knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications

8. Familiarity with any of the following: SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus

9. Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

1. Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests

2. Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangements
