The Senior Director â Strategic Sales Initiatives will act as a strategic partner to the VP Sales EMEA & APAC driving high-impact initiatives that optimise sales productivity accelerate revenue growth and enhance organisational effectiveness.
This role blends strategic insight with execution discipline identifying opportunities shaping solutions and leading cross-functional programs that create measurable business outcomes. As a trusted advisor and operator you will help steer key priorities across the EMEA & APAC Sales organisation while collaborating closely with leadership Marketing Partnerships Sales Operations and Customer Success to maximise impact.
What You\âll Do
Partner directly with the VP Sales EMEA & APAC to define and drive strategic initiatives that improve productivity growth and organisational alignment
Lead cross-functional programs that enhance go-to-market effectiveness including pipeline creation territory optimisation partner strategy and sales process improvements
Analyse performance data market dynamics and competitive landscape to shape decisionâmaking and drive accountability
Design and implement initiatives that streamline operations and elevate seller effectiveness ensuring resources are focused on the highestâimpact opportunities; facilitate executive planning sessions prepare strategic insights and deliver business reviews for senior leadership
Support capacity planning forecasting and organisational design in partnership with Sales Operations and Finance
Drive alignment between EMEA and APAC on best practices ensuring learnings are shared and scaled
Proactively address and eliminate obstacles to execution
Minimum Qualifications
12 years of experience in Sales Strategy Business Operations or GTM Leadership
Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in sales productivity and growth within SaaS organisations
Experience acting as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Strong leadership in driving organisational change and executing complex crossâfunctional projects in highâgrowth technology environments.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and crossâfunctional teams with outstanding communication presentation and executive presence
Expertise in sales process design performance metrics and GTM execution in highâgrowth SaaS organisations.
Deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics â additional APAC exposure preferred
Analytical strength combined with pragmatic problemâsolving and adaptability in fastâpaced environments
Ability to distil complex analysis into actionable insights
Strong learning agility and adaptability in fastâpaced environments
Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Up to 25% travel for strategic meetings sales events and crossâregional collaboration
