Reporting to the VP Sales EMEA, the Director of Strategic Sales Initiatives will act as a key partner, leading high-impact initiatives that optimize sales productivity, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance regional effectiveness within the EMEA sales organizations. This role requires a blend of operational excellence and strategic program management. You will be responsible for identifying critical execution gaps, shaping actionable solutions, and managing cross‑functional programs that translate the organizational strategy into measurable business outcomes. As a key operator, you will drive the implementation of priority initiatives across the EMEA sales organization, collaborating closely with leadership, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to maximize impact.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with the VP Sales and other senior leaders to define and drive the execution of strategic initiatives focused on improving productivity, growth, and regional alignment.
- Lead and project manage cross‑functional programs that enhance go‑to‑market (GTM) effectiveness, including key areas like pipeline creation programs, territory adjustments, partner enablement, and core sales process improvements.
- Analyze regional performance data, market trends, and competitive insights to inform program design and track accountability against defined metrics.
- Implement initiatives that streamline regional operations and elevate seller effectiveness, ensuring resources are focused on high‑impact, short‑cycle opportunities.
- Prepare strategic insights and support the facilitation of executive planning sessions and business reviews for senior leadership.
- Assist in capacity planning, forecasting, and organizational design projects in partnership with Sales Operations and Finance.
- Drive alignment and the sharing of best practices between, ensuring successful regional initiatives are documented and scaled.
- Proactively manage dependencies and eliminate execution obstacles for regional sales teams.
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of related career experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in sales productivity and growth within SaaS organisations.
- Experience acting as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and expertise.

- Strong project leadership in driving regional change and executing complex, cross‑functional projects in high‑growth technology environments.
- Proven ability to influence and manage project teams across functional lines, with strong communication, presentation, and operational alignment skills.
