This is a client-facing marketing role at its core. You'll own relationships, shape campaigns, and be the person clients trust to make things happen - on time, on brief, and on brand.

About the role

You'll lead some of our most exciting client accounts, acting as the strategic hub between clients and our creative teams. You're a translator of briefs, a champion of bold ideas, and the steady hand in the fast-paced world of social media. Communication and organisation is at the heart of everything you do.

What you'll be doing

  • Own key client accounts - be their go-to person, strategic partner, and problem solver
  • Lead campaign planning end-to-end: from brief through to results and reporting
  • Run ideation sessions and bring bold, platform-native ideas to the table
  • Use your social media instincts to shape content that actually performs
  • Collaborate with in-house creators, influencers, videographers, and editors
  • Analyse performance, spot what's working, and feed insights back into strategy
  • Stay ahead of trends - you're the person who knows what's about to blow up
  • Attend shoots and ensure everything is on-brand, on-brief, and on time

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in a client-facing marketing or account management role (agency-side preferred)
  • Strong grasp of organic and paid social - what works, what flops, and why
  • Confident running multiple accounts, leading client calls, and presenting strategies
  • Creative mindset - you don't need to direct, but you know what 'great' looks like
  • Organised under pressure - calm in chaos, and a spreadsheet in human form when needed
  • Data-savvy - you can turn performance metrics into a story that shapes future work
  • Experience with creator or influencer campaigns is a real plus
