Are you an experienced Commercial Claims Handler? If so, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. They will consider someone part time (4 days a week) up to full time. Our client is a highly respected Independent Insurance Broker with a strong reputation and a loyal client base. Due to continued growth, they’re seeking a Commercial Claims Handler to join their dynamic team.
You’ll be joining an established firm with longstanding agricultural clients and a steady flow of claims — meaning you’ll maintain a work-life balance but play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Handlers, providing claims-based support and acting as the main investigator/consultant for claims.
What’s on offer:
- Private Medical Insurance
- Pension and Death in Service benefits
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working hours (4 day week with flexibility given as to hours/days of work considered)
About you:
- Minimum of a year’s experience in commercial claims
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial insurance classes
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
