Are you a compassionate and creative Art Psychotherapist with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people? We are looking for someone like you to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality clinical care within our services.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of our young people.
  • Offer consultancy and support to staff teams across care and education settings.
  • Contribute to multi-agency working to support holistic care planning.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop formulations, and create intervention plans.
  • Deliver training to staff teams across the organisation.
  • Build strong working relationships internally and with external partners.
  • Play a vital role in the integration of clinical, educational, and care services.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and receive regular supervision.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HCPC registration or accreditation with BACP, BPS or a recognised equivalent.
  • A Master’s-level qualification in Art Psychotherapy.
  • Experience working within the Looked After Children/CAMHS system.
  • A strong understanding of attachment theory and complex trauma.
  • Experience working with children with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Confidence in working systemically with carers, educators, and other professionals.
  • The ability to deliver impactful training, consultancy, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
