We’re recruiting a Deputy Headteacher to support the leadership and ongoing development of a specialist education setting, working with pupils with complex learning difficulties and ASD. Working in a small specialist school supporting up to 14 children with behavioural, emotional, and complex learning needs. The school provides a highly personalised, therapeutic, and child‑centred approach, with strong multi‑disciplinary working across education, care, and clinical teams.
The Deputy Headteacher will support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership, day‑to‑day management, and continuous improvement of the school, ensuring high‑quality teaching, learning, safeguarding, and compliance.
