WSR are recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator (People Operations) for our esteemed client in Warrington.
Role Type: 3 Month FTC
Location: Warrington (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £50k per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
We're recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive People team on a three-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional employee experience. Working closely with HR Business Partners, managers and wider People teams across the UK and Ireland, you'll play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly while providing first-class administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
- Support key HR processes such as performance reviews and salary review cycles.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HR system.
- Coordinate documentation and administration for employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and investigation cases.
- Assist with organisational change activities, restructures and workforce planning administration.
- Work collaboratively with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and other People teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Produce HR reports, analytics and data for internal stakeholders.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience within an HR Administration or HR Operations role, ideally within a fast-paced or shared services environment.
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, or equivalent HR experience.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR processes (knowledge of Irish employment legislation would be advantageous).
- Proven experience supporting Employee Relations (ER) activities, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and investigation processes.
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience using HR systems such as Workday (highly desirable), SAP or similar HRIS platforms.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
