WSR are recruiting for a Forklift Warehouse Operative - Night Shift based in Corby, Northamptonshire.
Location: Corby
Type of Role: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Night Shift - 22:00-06:00, 35 hours/week
Salary: £28k
Role Overview:
- To perform various roles as part of a team within the warehouse ensuring the smooth operation by maintaining quality, accuracy and productivity.
Duties:
- Operate a Counterbalance forklift to carry out a variety of warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy during all operations.
- Conduct quality checks, audits, and inspections of products and storage locations as needed.
- Maintain stock integrity by completing accurate stock movements and system updates.
- Perform additional duties as required, aligned with your training and experience.
- Follow all company processes, procedures, policies, and standards.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the team.
- Support team and company success through consistent attendance, punctuality, focus, and professional behaviour.
- Keep the warehouse and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained; promptly report any health and safety concerns to the supervisory team.
Experience, Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Warehouse background
- Current Counterbalance License with minimum 1 year counterbalance experience
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- To complete work on time
- Team player
- PC Literate
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- MHE license
