WSR are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team of our esteemed client based in Milton Keynes.\\nJob Title: Sales Administrator\\nRole Type: Permanent\\nReports to: SHEQ & Supply Chain Manager\\nLocation: Milton Keynes – Fully Office Based\\nWorking Hours: 7am to 3pm (30minutes lunch)\\nSalary: £25k to £27k\\nSales Administrator Role Overview:\\nTo set up items in SAP, create sales orders with suitable delivery dates, book in production orders, create supporting reports and act on information to improve various aspects of the business\\nSales Administrator Core Tasks:\\n * Sales order entry maintenance (30%)\\n * Setting up new items, BOMs, routings, etc. (10%)\\n * Communicate with customers about the status of their orders (15%)\\n * Production order bookings (30%)\\n * Excel reports (10%)\\n * Liaising with the Planner (5%)\\n * Actively work to processes and procedures and look to help improve these where possible.\\n * Liaise between sales office and planning / production to ensure that customers have up to date information about their orders\\nSales Administrator Competencies & Skills:\\n * Good data entry skills\\n * Good written and oral communication abilities\\n * Good attention to detail\\n * A methodical approach to work\\nSales Administrator Qualifications and Experience:\\n * GCSE in English and Maths\\n * Good working knowledge of relevant areas of SAP\\nPlease click ‘APPLY NOW’, or call the WSR Team at (phone number removed) for more info.\\nWe appreciate the time and effort invested in your application.
