WSR is recruiting for an Internal Recruiter for our reputable client in Milton Keynes.

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working (3 days in office per week)

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Do you enjoy sourcing, delivery and relationship-building more than sales targets and business development? We're looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing team focused on sourcing highly skilled engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe. This is a delivery-focused role where your success is measured by the quality of talent you identify and engage, not sales activity.

Internal Recruiter Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing specialist engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe
  • Utilising LinkedIn, job boards and advanced search techniques to identify hard-to-find talent
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines within specialist engineering sectors

Internal Recruiter Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • 3+ years' recruitment experience
  • Ideally with a background recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, technical or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record in recruitment / candidate resourcing, preferably on an international basis
  • Contract recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
