WSR is recruiting for a Part-Time German Customer Services Coordinator for our reputable client in the UK or Germany. We are currently recruiting for a bilingual Customer Service Coordinator (German & English) to join a busy and customer-focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service to an international customer base.
Salary: £22k
Location: Hybrid (2 days working remotely) - Milton Keynes, UK or Neu-Ulm, Germany
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Part-time, 25 hours per week (afternoons)
Role Type: Permanent
Role Overview:
The role will involve managing customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
To be successful, you will have previous customer service experience, strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. Fluency in both German and English is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
