WSR is recruiting for an Internal Recruiter for our reputable client in Milton Keynes.
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working (3 days in office per week)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, plus benefits
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm/9 am to 5:30 pm – 4:30 pm finish on Fridays

We're looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing team focused on sourcing highly skilled engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe. This is a delivery-focused role where your success is measured by the quality of talent you identify and engage, not sales activity.
Internal Recruiter Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing specialist engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe
- Utilising LinkedIn, job boards and advanced search techniques to identify hard-to-find talent
- Screening CVs against detailed technical requirements
- Managing candidate relationships, engagement and rate negotiations
- Coordinating assessments, compliance documentation and onboarding processes
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines within specialist engineering sectors
- 3+ years' recruitment experience
- Ideally with a background recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, technical or industrial sectors
- Proven track record in recruitment / candidate resourcing, preferably on an international basis
- Contract recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and delivery skills
- Organised, professional and detail-oriented approach
- A stable and reliable career history
- No sales pressure or business development responsibilities
