WSR are recruiting for a Business Development Manager for our client based in London.

Location: London

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 plus on-target earnings of £65,000-£75,000.

Our client, a well‑established and rapidly growing family‑run business, is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their commercial team during an exciting phase of expansion. This role is heavily focused on new business generation and revenue growth, combining time spent in the Moorgate office with regular client meetings across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Winning new business and delivering against revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Developing relationships with key decision makers
  • Leading commercial discussions and negotiations confidently
  • Driving opportunities through to close with urgency and focus
