WSR are looking for an Inspection Operative to join the team of our esteemed client based in Daventry.
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Double Days - Monday to Thursday - 6am-1:45pm / 1:30am-9:15pm / Fridays - 6am-11:30am / 11:15-5pm

Inspection Operative Responsibilities:
- Carrying out visual and physical checks on printed materials
- Identifying issues like colour inconsistencies, smudges, misregistration, and other print defects
- Setting up multiple slitter units
- Operating a 100% visual inspection system
- Splicing rolls using a splicing table, following precise customer specifications
Inspection Operative Skills, Experience and Attributes
Must‑Haves:
- Experience in a printing or manufacturing environment
- A razor‑sharp eye for detail
- A methodical approach and strong focus on accuracy
- A team‑first, safety‑first attitude
- Confidence following processes, manuals, and quality steps
