Working closely with project teams, commercial teams and external contractors, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are set up correctly, documentation is managed efficiently, and compliance requirements are consistently met. Contracts Administrator Role Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative and project support across a range of functions, including:
- Setting up and maintaining project folders and documentation systems
- Transferring and managing schedules of works within standardised formats
- Supporting subcontractor tender processes, including issuing enquiries and tracking responses
- Managing subcontractor documentation including pre‑qualification questionnaires, insurance, training and compliance records
- Issuing purchase orders and supporting contractual engagement processes
- Monitoring and maintaining resource tracking sheets and subcontractor databases
- Managing compliance requirements including F10 submissions, Building Control notifications and certification tracking
