What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working with young people.
- Public speaking / delivering sessions.
- We welcome volunteers from all industries and backgrounds e.g. hospitality, health and social care, construction, IT, legal profession, etc.

What will you be doing?
We’re the charity empowering 11‑to‑19‑year‑olds to know their options and find their career paths. Collaborating with businesses and volunteers, we offer opportunities helping to shape the future careers of young people. The impact we have on young people is totally dependent on our volunteers.
- Facilitating activities:
- Industry Insight Sessions – Share your career experience and journey with young people in schools to inspire their career aspirations and shine a light on the world of work and employment opportunities (approx. 1 hour).
- Employability Skills Workshops – Deliver key employability skills workshops, using pre‑prepared resources as well as your own insight and experience to develop students’ transferable skills (approx. 1 hour).
- Digital Content – Record a video or workplace tour to share with young people on our social media.
- Volunteer independently or as part of a team with colleagues.
