To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises, including offices, desks, kitchens, toilets, and other designated areas. The operative will also be responsible for using cleaning machinery, such as buffing and floor polishing machines, safely and effectively.

Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities
- Clean and sanitise desks, workstations, and office areas.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, and changing areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and break areas, including appliances and surfaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors using appropriate equipment.
- Refill consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, etc.).
- To ensure service quality is of the highest level.
- To engage with other service partners in service provision.
- To work as part of one team to provide service excellence.
- To be flexible with daily schedules and respond to requests from Management.
- To be punctual, on time, with the correct uniform and well presented.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in line with COSHH/health & safety regulations.

- To follow all documented risk assessment and method statements, and any area-specific procedures.
