You will manage a high-risk caseload of domestic abuse perpetrators, delivering evidence-based interventions and coordinating with police, probation, social care and victim services to safeguard victims and children.

The role focuses on risk assessment, trauma-informed practice, and multi-agency collaboration to achieve sustained behavioural change over a fixed term of three years.
