About the Role
Strength to Change are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive DRIVE Panel Coordinator to support the delivery of the DRIVE programme in Hull. This is a pivotal role within a multi-agency domestic abuse framework, responsible for coordinating and managing the DRIVE Panel – ensuring that high-risk high harm domestic abuse cases are reviewed effectively, information is shared appropriately, and actions are progressed to reduce risk and safeguard victims and children. You will play a key role in facilitating partnership working across agencies including police, probation, children’s and adult services, health, and specialist domestic abuse services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer the DRIVE Panel meetings, ensuring all logistics, documentation and communication are effectively managed.
- Prepare and circulate case information, agendas, and minutes in line with information sharing protocols.
- Act as a central point of contact for partner agencies, ensuring timely information sharing and engagement.
- Track and monitor actions arising from panel meetings, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data governance, confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
- Support the DRIVE team and partners to ensure a coordinated approach to case management and risk reduction.
- Contribute to performance monitoring and reporting, including data collection and audit activity.
- Assist in identifying trends, themes and learning to inform service improvement.
You will have:
- Experience in a coordination, administrative or case management role, ideally within safeguarding, domestic abuse services or public sector arena.
- Knowledge of domestic abuse, safeguarding, and risk management practices.
- Understanding of multi-agency working and information sharing.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging a range of partners.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in record keeping.
- A strong commitment to improving outcomes for victims and children, and to holding perpetrators accountable.
ROLE AND PURPOSE
The post holder will support the delivery of the DRIVE Project provided by the Strength to Change service. Ensure the effective project management, planning and co-ordination of an efficient and effective DRIVE perpetrator and victim focused multi-agency panel meeting and co-ordinated response to holding perpetrators accountable.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work independently to manage, plan and organise own work to contribute to the successful delivery of the Drive Project.
- Lead on the efficient and effective project management, co-ordination of the DRIVE Multi-Agency panel meetings and attend to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Work closely with other safeguarding and risk management forums (e.g. Multi-agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC), Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) to establish pathways and processes to ensure effective practice and sharing of information between partners and multi-agency forums.
- Create, record, store, maintain, retrieve and update case records/data both manually and electronically on local and national case management systems (Iizuka). Make decisions around levels of sensitivity and confidentiality and create and record on case management system appropriately to safeguard clients' personal and sensitive information. Maintain confidentiality in relation to data protection issues, Management of Police Information (MOPI) standards and GDPR.
- Complete data reports for OPCC and commissioning arrangements in line with reporting requirements.
- Use and understand common systems relevant to area of work to enable analysis of information and investigation of queries/problems.
- Receive and respond to enquiries from partnership representatives, including complex queries related to area of work.
- Provide relevant information, on the phone, face-to-face or electronic based on service procedures.
- Ability to work on own initiative knowing when to escalate more complicated queries to Team Lead or Service Manager.
- Carry out administrative duties which may include: Data collation and returns, Word processing/keyboarding, Formatting documents, Co-ordination of office diaries, Secure distribution of case lists, minutes and actions, Filing and storage of information in compliance with Council Policy and GDPR.
