Hull City Council is seeking a Social Worker to join Adult Social Care in a full-time, permanent post at Grade 7 or 8, with an ASYE development pathway. The role involves delivering high-quality social work within a multi-disciplinary team across Hospital See & Solve, Locality and Community See & Solve services to support independent living.

You will undertake proportionate assessments, plan care, safeguard adults at risk and collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and equipment.
