Harlow District Council is seeking a Clerk of Works (Fire & Building Safety) to act as an independent QA representative, conducting inspections of fire and building safety works to verify compliance with design, statutory requirements, manufacturers' instructions and standards.
The role provides QA throughout construction, practical completion, handover and defects liability. On-site presence is required a minimum of 3 days per week for an initial 12-month basis.
