Essex County Council is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead a portfolio of small to medium capital projects from inception to handover. The role combines office and site-based work across our operational area with 2–3 days on-site per week in Chelmsford and surrounding area.
You will manage programmes, budgets and risks, procure and oversee consultants and contractors, and ensure governance and health and safety compliance while delivering benefits aligned to strategic objectives.
