The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Product Manager to take full ownership of our Earn API product, the integration that powers partner exchanges and platforms to offer yield products to their end customers. This is a critical role for Tesseract, directly impacting revenue growth and client satisfaction. The right candidate will manage the product end-to-end: from defining the roadmap and improving integrations to shaping the client journey and ensuring seamless delivery with engineering. For the right person, this role offers a path to Head of Product within 18 months.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Earn API product lifecycle end-to-end – from strategy to execution.
- Drive integrations with partner exchanges & custodians – ensuring frictionless implementation and ongoing performance.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and marketing teams to prioritize features and ship products against tight deadlines.
- Improve documentation, client journeys & onboarding experience for B2B partners.
- Identify and solve critical product challenges – proactively pushing initiatives forward despite resource constraints.
- Roll up your sleeves where needed – whether it’s product marketing, basic UX improvements, or technical documentation.
