Location: London preferred (flexible across Europe, with some travel to Finland)
Salary: €80,000 – €95,000 (negotiable for exceptional talent)

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Product Manager to take full ownership of our Earn API product, the integration that powers partner exchanges and platforms to offer yield products to their end customers.
This is a critical role for Tesseract, directly impacting revenue growth and client satisfaction. The right candidate will manage the product end-to-end: from defining the roadmap and improving integrations to shaping the client journey and ensuring seamless delivery with engineering.
For the right person, this role offers a path to Head of Product within 18 months.
What You\’ll Do
Own the Earn API product lifecycle end-to-end – from strategy to execution.
Drive integrations with partner exchanges & custodians – ensuring frictionless implementation and ongoing performance.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and marketing teams to prioritize features and ship products against tight deadlines.
Improve documentation, client journeys & onboarding experience for B2B partners.
Identify and solve critical product challenges – proactively pushing initiatives forward despite resource constraints.
Roll up your sleeves where needed – whether it\’s product marketing, basic UX improvements, or technical documentation.

What We\’re Looking For
2- 4 years of product management experience in a crypto native company.
Proven track record of shipping products in crypto, ideally in yield, staking, custody, or B2B2C API-based products.
Strong problem-solving track record – e.g., solving major implementation or adoption challenges.
Comfortable working with engineering teams; understands API-based product design
Dynamic, outcome-driven personality – someone who gets things done and can influence stakeholders to move fast.
Hands-on attitude – willing to dive into product marketing, UX basics, and documentation when needed.
Crypto-native mindset – strong understanding of crypto users, exchanges, and ecosystem players.
