The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, execution-focused Marketing Manager to own all aspects of marketing at Tesseract. You’ll be the first dedicated marketing hire, working closely with the CEO and commercial leadership to define and deliver Tesseract’s marketing strategy. This is a rare opportunity to build the marketing function almost from scratch, directly shaping the perception of one of the most credible crypto yield platforms in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Own the marketing function end-to-end; from strategy to hands-on execution.
- Drive brand positioning, PR, and media outreach, building Tesseract’s reputation as a leader in crypto yield.
- Manage content, thought leadership, and social media, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Work closely with commercial teams to develop campaigns that drive partner engagement and customer acquisition.
- Liaise with press, industry analysts, and events to expand Tesseract’s visibility in key markets.
- Track marketing performance metrics to guide decisions and continuously improve campaigns.
What Success Looks Like
- Increased visibility and credibility of Tesseract across the crypto ecosystem.
- Strong inbound interest from partners, exchanges, and institutional clients.
- A clear, consistent brand narrative that supports sales and commercial goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of marketing experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services. You must also have a strong exposure to crypto/blockchain.
- Proven track record in PR, brand building, and digital campaigns.
- Hands-on execution ability; comfortable writing copy, managing socials, and running campaigns directly.
- Strong understanding of crypto audiences and digital asset products.
- Outcome-driven personality; someone who takes ownership, delivers quickly, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- A growth mindset; capable of wearing multiple hats now and building a team in the future as the function scales.
