Why WorkInCrypto and not anywhere else?

   That’s why we fly you out to at least six international events a year, so you meet founders, leaders, and people actually shaping the industry in person.

3. We pay very high commission – top in the industry.

   If you’re looking for a high base and low commission, this won’t be the right place. If you like to eat what you kill, you\’ll make between $100 – 250K in 12 months.

4. You’ll work on a brand that’s actually relevant in crypto.

   We’re close to the market, close to decision‑makers, and trusted across the industry.

5. You’ll work directly with me.

   No red tapes, dramas, we are here to get things done. And you will also own a stake of the company

Experience matters less to me than attitude.

I’m looking for people who’ve worked in outbound‑led environments sales, recruitment, partnerships, strategic outreach not inbound order‑taking. You will have gratitude built in you, and you\’ll know how to navigate a conversation.

Countries of interest: Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Europe and the US.
