Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery in Carlisle is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic chef to join Café Tullie. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, preparing and serving fresh, high-quality food for visitors.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help develop menus, maintain high standards of food hygiene and allergen awareness, and lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away. The role is 30 hours per week, permanent, with weekend and evening shifts.
