About the Role
As a Board Member, you will play a critical role in guiding the company’s long-term vision, governance, and commercial strategy across AI, Robotics, and emerging technologies. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, helping to scale global operations, strengthen ecosystem partnerships, and position the company as a category-defining leader in intelligent automation and AI-driven infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and governance, ensuring alignment between innovation, commercialization, and regulatory standards.
- Advise the CEO and leadership team on go-to-market, fundraising, and ecosystem development strategies within AI and Robotics.
- Leverage your network to connect the company with strategic partners, investors, research institutions, and enterprise adopters.
- Offer thought leadership on areas such as AI governance, robotics interoperability, data infrastructure, and industry regulation.
- Support the evolution of the company’s organizational structure, board governance, and long-term capital allocation.
- Represent the firm externally as an ambassador and ecosystem advocate, driving visibility and credibility across markets.
Qualifications
- Proven Board Experience: Prior or current experience serving on the board of a growth-stage or publicly listed technology company.
- Ecosystem Builder: Demonstrated success building or scaling ecosystems in AI, Robotics, or deep tech sectors (e.g., incubators, R&D hubs, innovation clusters, or partnerships).
- Strategic Leadership: Track record of advising or guiding executive teams through scale-up, capital raising, or market expansion phases.
- Global Outlook: Experience working across multiple geographies (Europe, MENA, Asia, or the U.S.) with a nuanced understanding of international regulatory and innovation landscapes.
- High Integrity & Influence: Brings credibility, strategic depth, and a strong reputation for governance and ethics.
Location
Fully remote – open to candidates based anywhere in the world. Board meetings are conducted virtually, with periodic in-person strategy sessions.
Compensation
Competitive board retainer plus equity/token participation, aligned with the company’s growth trajectory and impact of contribution.
