Overview
Our client, a leading international contractor with a strong portfolio across the Middle East, has successfully completed a world-class golf course and is now entering the next phase of development — delivering extensive landscaping works around the course and adjoining luxury hotel.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction and landscaping activities on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the client to ensure timely progress
- Monitor and report on project milestones, costs, and quality
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
- Work closely with design teams to maintain alignment with project vision
- Manage workforce productivity and resolve any site-related challenges
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management, with at least 3–5 years in landscaping or external works
- Proven experience on hospitality, leisure, or golf course-related projects in the Middle East preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Available to mobilize immediately or within short notice
