At our Client, we are pioneering the future of personal transportation, striving to create a safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable experience for all. A critical element of this endeavor is our Client's robotaxi platform, a groundbreaking vehicle designed from inception to optimize the rider experience. The Tooling Administrator will directly contribute to the production of our Client's robotaxi, collaborating with a team of tooling engineers and sourcing managers to ensure the highest quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of tooling required for scaling production.
The Tooling Administrator will partner with tooling engineers and sourcing managers to develop dashboards and reports, as well as coordinate with suppliers to monitor timing reports for the manufacturing of tooling for our Client's robot platform.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive documentation support for the tooling department.
- Liaise with suppliers to collect and transfer data to our Client's reporting systems in Google Docs.
- Develop dashboards for presentations and reports to the tooling team and departmental management.
- Contribute to the automation of the tooling workflow, identifying process efficiencies and automating key tasks.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to present and document progress updates and gather key insights.
- Prepare monthly reports for VP/Director review.
- 2-4 years’ professional experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and collaboration.

- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite for data analysis and formula implementation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Preferably, candidates will possess experience in the Manufacturing or Automotive industries.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain timing and updates on all tooling processes.
- Maintain tooling trackers, recording information on all tooling projects.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team and other Procurement Program Managers to ensure a standardized workflow.
- Update weekly Dashboards for Supplier Health and Readiness visibility.
- Attend supplier meetings and internal system meetings to collect key insights for Tooling Engineers.
- Ensure automated tooling sheets are completed for newly onboarded suppliers for the next generation of tooling projects.
- Extract data from supplier-facing information systems (e.g., ETQ) and compile it within internal tooling trackers.
