Overview
Advert Team Leader – Warehouse We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader at the busy Tewkesbury Distribution site. An excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take the next steps in their career.
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £13.50 p/h
Contract: Temp-perm
Hours of Work: Five days per week across Monday-Saturday. Where a Saturday is worked a day off in the week is given.
Start time: 06:00, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00 on a rotational shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a large team responsible for the receipt, picking and returns of dairy and associated products.
- Control all movement of stock and checking of codes against tickets.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Chilled Warehouse is maintained at all times providing a safe working environment.
- Supervise the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, overseeing day to day operations.
- Support and monitor team performance, encouraging them to do their job to the best of their ability.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Provide support for the Chilled Warehouse Supervisor, covering days off and holidays.
