We will support you in your growth as a tax advisor and have a proven track record with a training plan with tangible results for apprentices.
The role will comprise of:
• Processing of personal self assessment tax returns
• Processing of partnership self assessment tax returns
• Processing of forms P11d
• Preparation of basic income & expenditure accounts for sole traders
• Preparation of rental accounts
• Checking & agreeing PAYE coding notices
• Checking & agreeing taxation statements of account
• Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs by telephone or correspondence as required
• General day to day handling of clients’ tax affairs
In house training of our systems and procedures will be given. Please note this is a trainee role and may include other roles not mentioned above, such as administrative duties.
Candidate:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person to join our busy tax team.
Skills:
The successful candidate will be able to work in a team and on their own. The individual will need to be able to manage deadlines set by their colleagues. They should be hardworking and professional. The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft office, to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Full clean Driving licence would be preferable.
Qualifications:
GCSE’s 5 or more graded 6 or above to include Maths and English.
A/S and A Levels grade B or above
