We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Manager in the Luton area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fleet operations, driver performance, compliance, and route planning, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management:
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure road worthiness
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel efficiency, and implement cost-saving measures
- Driver Management:

- Monitor driver hours and compliance with working time regulations
- Address driver performance issues and concerns
