Workforce World are currently recruiting Weekend Day Support staff to support one of our key clients based in Bolton. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within the transport and logistics sector, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing out-of-hours support to HGV drivers across the UK
- Handling driver issues, breakdowns, and customer queries
- Checking in all drivers before the start of their shift
- Monitoring WhatsApp groups and providing regular updates to customers
- Supporting smooth weekend transport operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in transport or logistics is an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident using phones, WhatsApp, and basic systems
