Workshop Operative/Assembly Assistant in Spalding

Overview

Workshop Operative / Assembly Assistant – Location: Spalding. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm; Friday 7:30am–3:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Working in a workshop environment assembling components
• Manufacturing processes similar to roller shutter garage doors (on a smaller scale)
• Using hand tools and machinery safely and accurately
• Following instructions and working to quality standards
• Supporting general workshop duties as required

About You / Qualifications

• Practical and confident working with your hands
• Reliable, punctual, and keen to work
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Previous workshop, assembly, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
