We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Reservations Agent to join their busy call centre team. This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for making Pre-Arrival Calls to hotels to ensure all arrangements are in place for incoming guests, typically 150–200 calls per day, depending on workload.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Have good written, verbal and listening skills
- Be able to work efficiently as part of a team and support colleagues
- Be adaptable within the working environment
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to use their own initiative when required
- Have an excellent telephone manner
Full training will be provided.
