We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver / Operative to join a busy and well-established company based in King's Lynn. This is an ongoing temporary position offering a varied role working both on the forklift and supporting general site operations.

Main duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading lorries
  • Moving packs around the site to various locations
  • Using the SAP computer system to scan packs
  • Using tablets and scanners as part of the goods movement process
  • Following paperwork and completing relevant checklists
  • Assisting with stock takes
  • Supporting with the offloading of cargo from the port
  • General labouring duties, including some heavy lifting

The successful candidate will initially work on a day shift alongside the Shift Leader for training during the first few weeks. The successful candidate will be required to complete in-house forklift refresher training prior to starting, with the possibility of receiving side-loader licence training.
