Job Title: Picker/Packer/Machine Operator

Location: Just 2 miles from Boston town centre

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm (all breaks paid)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (to be reviewed after probationary period)

Overview

We are recruiting for a Picker/Packer/Machine Operator to join our client’s small, friendly, and close-knit team. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with a supportive employer, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and manoeuvring large panels safely and accurately.
• Operating slide cutters after training.
• Packing, preparing, and processing orders ready for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Supporting the team with general production and warehouse duties.

About You

• Physically capable of handling large materials.
• Willing to learn and operate machinery (full training provided).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
