The predicted salary is between 33280 - 33280 £ per year.

Temporary position for around 4 weeks as a Maintenance Caretaker (may be extended). The role is predominantly based in Lincoln, with occasional travel to Boston or Grantham. A company van will be provided for travel between sites but cannot be taken home overnight.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Pay: £16 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an effective and efficient grounds and building maintenance service to the properties, including carrying out cyclical property and health and safety inspections.
  • Work with contractors to ensure the accommodation and grounds are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant within all areas.
  • Proactively carry out maintenance and repairs across sites, including basic joinery, plumbing, electrical, and decorating tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team and contractors to ensure timely, effective repairs and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Conduct routine site and accommodation inspections, responding to issues in line with policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular fire alarm and emergency lighting tests, maintaining accurate compliance records.
  • Support occupant inductions by explaining key facilities, safety procedures, and building rules.
  • Handle occupant enquiries professionally and assist with general admin tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence with Class 1 Business car insurance.
